Want to Place a New Order After Cancelling?
If you wish to reorder after a cancellation, we will process it based on the original item details you had selected. Please note: No changes or replacements will be made to the original order.
Refund Process:
If you have already made a payment, your refund will be initiated through the same method of payment. Refunds are typically processed within 5 working days after your cancellation request is confirmed, subject to bank/payment gateway processing times.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
We reserve the right to cancel COD (Cash on Delivery) orders in the following cases:
